Each fall, San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

Don’t have a portal account yet?  Contact your student’s school office after July 30 to receive your unique user key to set up an account.  It’s fast and easy.

For the 2018-2019 school year, to assist the online program in running smoothly, the parent portal will open on a different day in July for each high school and its feeder middle and elementary schools. Please note: parents do not need to fill out the annual update on the day that the portal opens. Parents will have until August 31, 2018, to fill out the information.

Parents will access the annual update through the SRVUSD Parent Portal. Once you log-in, you will see a button that says “Online Enrollment Annual Update.” The Annual Update will open on the following schedule:

Tuesday, July 10: Dougherty Valley High School, Del Amigo High School, Venture School, Windemere Ranch Middle School, Gale Ranch Middle School, Hidden Hills Elementary, Live Oak Elementary, Quail Run Elementary, Coyote Creek Elementary, Bella Vista Elementary

Wednesday, July 11: California High School, Iron Horse Middle School, Pine Valley Middle School, Golden View Elementary, Twin Creeks Elementary, Bollinger Canyon Elementary, Montevideo Elementary, Walt Disney Elementary, Neil Armstrong Elementary and Country Club Elementary

Thursday, July 12: Monte Vista High School, Los Cerros Middle School, Diablo Vista Middle School, Alamo Elementary, Vista Grande Elementary, Green Valley Elementary, Tassajara Hills Elementary, Creekside Elementary

Friday, July 13: San Ramon Valley High School,  Stone Valley Middle School, Charlotte Wood Middle School, Rancho Romero Elementary, Montair Elementary, John Baldwin Elementary and Greenbrook Elementary, Sycamore Elementary

State law gives families the option to transfer to a different school when there is space available. When schools have space, families can choose to transfer to another school within a district (intradistrict transfers) or to transfer to a school in another district (interdistrict transfers).

SRVUSD has moved up its intradistrict open enrollment window for elementary families. The open enrollment window for elementary schools is now open and closes on April 6, 2018. Families can find the link to the online intradistrict transfer request form and information about SRVUSD’s open enrollment/intradistrict transfer process at www.srvusd.net/transfers.

SRVUSD students will continue to have placement priority in our schools. However, after we place our resident students at their school of choice, because we now have space available, California law requires that we allow students from outside the district to apply to attend our schools (interdistrict transfers). Interdistrict transfers will only be accepted if there is space available. Students from outside the district must maintain acceptable academic performance, attendance and behavior. SRVUSD anticipates openings for interdistrict transfers students at nearly all SRVUSD schools.
